Cancellation Policy
Deposit of $50 will be forfeited for no shows, late arrival, cancellations or rescheduling appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice.
We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen and we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute cancellations or appointment adjustments when possible.
However, availability is not guaranteed as appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. While we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or fill an open timeslot, we cannot promise, same-day changes, or waive applicable cancellation fees.
